Our poor angel was unable to really play with any of her toys that dad brought. She could only use one hand and you could tell she was so frustrated. She did pretty well though once she got use to the giant roll of tape and gauze on her hand. With babies they have to tape quite a bit to keep them from ripping out the IV. She got use to the situation but wasn't about to let either of us ever put her down and considering the situation, we think it's ok to hold her the whole time. She was definitely really happy to be home but we had another set of separation anxiety come because of it.
